About Eric

Eric Perrell has been a full-time professional REALTOR® since January 2001. Eric's business has branched out to include traditional home listings and sales, short or distressed property sales, lease management, and investment properties. Eric has his CRS, CDPE, ABR, and REALTOR® designations providing him with the tools he needs to service a wide variety of Real Estate transactions.

Prior to becoming a REALTOR®, Eric was a pastor in the Presbyterian Church (USA). Needless to say, ethics are a vital part of every transaction Eric is involved with, a fact that has earned him a reputation in the business as a REALTOR® with whom others can easily work.
